Word of the Day: Traje

Pronunciación aproximada: TRAH-heh (The Spanish r here is pronounced with a tap of the tongue against the front of the palate. In most areas, the Spanish j is pronounced with a guttural sound.)
Significado: suit (clothing), dress, outfit, costume, clothing
Ejemplo: Este traje formal es de seis piezas. Incluye chaleco, camisa, chaqueta, pantalones, corbata, y bolsa para almacenar el traje. Las corbatas pueden variar por estilo y color.
Traducción: This formal suit has six pieces. It includes a vest, shirt, jacket, pants, tie and a bag for storing the suit. The ties can vary in style and color.
Aviso: A swimsuit can be referred to as traje de baño. Un traje de novia is a wedding dress.
