"Intern" and Interno Not the Same Thing

Go to a hospital in the U.S., and if you ask to see an intern chances are you want medical information. But go to a hospital in Spanish-speaking world and ask for an interno, and you may end up talking with a patient, even though "intern" and interno are cognates.
