Months of the Year Are Masculine, Not Capitalized

One of the differences you'll likely notice early on between written Spanish and English is that the months of the year aren't capitalized in Spanish. They're just like other ordinary nouns. And, like other nouns, months in Spanish also have gender: They're masculine.

The days of the week follow the same pattern.
