Hacia Usually Used To Mean "Toward"

If you're already familiar with the common prepositions such as en and para, here's one that you don't see quite so often: hacia. The preposition hacia usually is used to indicate motion toward a person or thing. It also be used in describing directions or attitudes and in giving approximations of time.
