Reflexive Verbs and Changes in Emotions

In English you may say something "I got angry" or "he became worried." But Spanish frequently doesn't use words comparable to "got" or "became" in the above sentence, instead using reflexive verb to indicate a change in emotion. For example, "me enojé" is a common way of saying, "I got angry."
