Seven Ways of Using Reflexive Verbs

A verb used reflexively is one in which its subject is also its direct object. Fortunately, the concept is more straightforward than it sounds. In English, just think of verbs that are followed by a "-self" pronoun, as in "he hurt himself" or "she saw herself." And in Spanish? Well, such verbs are used more often than they are in English. Today's featured lesson takes a look at seven ways in which Spanish verbs are used reflexively.
