¡Feliz Navidad!

Thursday December 25, 2008
Even my monolingual son in third grade knows what the phrase in the headline above means. And that somehow seems appropriate, for Christmas has become a holiday that transcends cultures, a time when people almost everywhere seem happier and come to believe that the miraculous is possible.

If you have some extra time in this holiday, you're invited to read my thoughts in Spanish on Christmas. Or read the traditional account of the first Christmas by St. Luke in Spanish, or sing some Spanish Christmas carols. ¡Les deseo a ustedes un día lleno de paz y felicidad!
