Espera México a Wilma

Thursday October 20, 2005
Hurricane Wilma is a few days away from the United States, but she's already making her presence felt in the Mexican state of Quintana Roo. Some of the best Spanish-language hurricane coverage online can be found at Mexico City's El Universal online, which offers staff-written news reports and a bulletin board that is providing frequent updates from Mexican residents in the storm zone.

("We are already boarding up the windows, we're tying down the water tanks, we have food for a few days. No protective measure is too much before the approach of this dangerous hurricane.")
