Learn another language, and keep your mind young

If you want to keep your mind from showing the effects of age, one way may be to learn another language. In a study published last year, researchers measured the reaction times of people, comparing monolingual people with bilinguals. The result: Bilingual people scored much better, and also showed themselves to be less easily distracted by superfluous information.
