Another Spanish-language newspaper hits the streets

It's well-known that some U.S. states such as California, Texas, Florida and New York have large Spanish-speaking populations. But Iowa? There's large enough of hispanohablantes there that a newspaper is launching a Spanish product. Interestingly, while newspapers in much of the United States are struggling to maintain their circulations, the circulation of Spanish publications has been growing in recent years, and it seems like at least once a month a new one is started.
