Company accused of using English-only rule

The U.S. Equal Empoyment Opportunity Commission has filed a lawsuit against the Sephora cosmetics chain, alleging that the company discriminated against Hispanic employees who spoke Spanish among themselves during their breaks. Sephora has denied discrimination and claims it doesn't have and never has had an English-only rule. Read morel... (Source: Newsday)
