AltaVista introduces toolbar for quick translation

The AltaVista search engine has introduced a toolbar that can be used with Internet Explorer to provide near-instant translations between Spanish, English and several other languages. Once the free toolbar is installed, it can be used to provide translations of the web page being displayed as well as of any other text the user wishes to have translated. Although AltaVista has previously offered the translation service, the toolbar makes it and other AltaVista services easier and faster to use.
