Howard Dean speaks Spanish to woo Hispanic voters

Add Howard Dean to the list of U.S. presidential candidates who have spoken to their potential constituents in Spanish. According to one press report, Dean spoke "smooth Spanish and fiery English" this week in addressing the National Council of La Raza, a group devoted to Hispanic rights that was holding a convention in Austin, Texas. Dean is a former governor of Vermont seeking the Democratic nomination.
